Butler service is 24/7. You will have a daytime and nighttime butler assigned to your floor. Due to the butlers servicing multiple rooms, I highly recommend downloading the LeBlanc Spa Resorts app prior to travel and getting familiar with how to use it. In the app you can request all types of services from the butler including but not limited to requesting bath setup with salts, aromatherapy set up, laundry services, etc. You can also use the chat feature within the app to communicate with your butler for any needs such as requesting a spa appointment. Your butler also has access to whatsapp if you prefer to message them this way.
Upon your arrival at the resort, your butler will meet you in your room and introduce themselves. With white glove service, they will walk you through the amenities available to you such as using the app to request services, showing you how to use the remote control or other electronics in the room, showing you the minibar and snacks, ask if you have any immediate needs like a bucket of ice and answering any questions you may have. No need to waste another second settling in when you can have your butler unpack for you! They handle each clothing item with care, hanging up formal wear and dresses and will even fold any clothing that was unfolded during travel. If you are worried about the butler seeing your undergarments/intimate apparel, what I would recommend is unpacking those items quickly yourself and letting the butler unpack the remaining items.
Daily hydrotherapy at the spa is included with your stay. Although it is included, you still need an appointment/reservation at the spa to enjoy this amenity. So, have your butler help you with arranging appointments during your stay. I also highly recommend requesting daily aromatherapy in your room. You can choose from different scents ranging from energizing to calming. Personally, my favorite was to request a calming scent like lavender to be placed in the room at night so when I come back to my room after dinner or night time entertainment, I have the calming scent of the aromatherapy to sooth me to sleep. Additionally, and my personal favorite butler service, the bath draw from the butlers is a daily must do. You can select the service in your app or message your butler to request the set up time and your desired bath salts. Note: In the app there is a place to request bath salts. If you request bath salts and not the bath setup service, they will only deliver the bath salts to your room and will not draw the bath for you.
Butler service at LeBlanc does not include the delivery of food and drinks to you around the resort. Other all-inclusive resorts may include this service, but I wanted to share why I prefer the way butler service is handled at LeBlanc Spa Resorts. First, if the butlers are constantly delivering food/drinks to guests around the resorts, they may not be available to help with the above amenities and quickly. Second, LeBlanc service on the pool deck is incredible. In my experience, I was never waiting for someone to take my order, there was always someone available to help. And even though they are not your floor butler, they certainly make you feel like your butler service extends to the pool deck including but not limited to things such as bringing an ice budget over with waters or to put a bottle of wine in.
When wrapping up your vacation, your butler will help to confirm your transportation from the resort to the airport. If your flights have changed for any reason, they will communicate with you about it and rearrange your transfer time. Don’t forget to take advantage of them packing your luggage for you. On my last trip to LeBlanc Los Cabos, I spent the morning at the spa getting one more daily hydrotherapy appointment in before I had to leave and while I was there, I had my butler pack my suitcase. Again, if you are uncomfortable with them packing your undergarments/intimate apparel simply pack those items yourself first or ask your butler to not pack the items in a particular drawer. They will respect your desires.
Finally, I would highly recommend that you tip your butlers accordingly. This is not required, but if your butler worked very hard for you preparing your bath, aromatherapy, booking your appointments, and more, I would recommend showing them your appreciation in the form of a tip. It is up to your discretion what you would like to tip, so I typically advise between $10-$20/day per butler.
