Hello, my name is Jenna Konkel and I have been helping families plan their marvelous vacations since June 2018.
I am originally from Wisconsin but have lived in sunny Florida since 2016. Being an Orlando local allows me the opportunity to visit the Orlando area theme parks as often as possible. I love to use my knowledge of both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort to help couples and families plan their vacations.
My love for Disney started at a young age, when my parents took me to Walt Disney World at the age of 5. I attended the Disney College Program in 2010 and worked at Casey’s Corner on Main Street in Magic Kingdom! After graduating the program, I moved back to Wisconsin, but knew my heart was still at Disney. In 2013 my now husband, Caleb, proposed during the end of Fantasmic! at Hollywood Studios. That was just the “cherry-on-top” for my love of all things Disney!
Although Walt Disney World is where I fell in love with the magic, my favorite Disney vacation is on Disney Cruise Line! Cruising is my absolute favorite way to vacation and combine it with the impeccable customer service of Disney and magic – it is unbeatable!
I am also a huge Harry Potter fan and love to visit Universal Studios Orlando as often as I can! As an annual passholder, I enjoy visiting throughout the year but especially during the holiday season! Meeting the Grinch is an annual must-do for my husband and me.
