Were you one of the fans that sold out Wicked: Part 1 over the opening weekend of the film's release? If so, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood may have the perfect way to celebrate the film, and experience some of the scenes that were represented. Merchandise, food, and fun, oh my! These experiences are for a limited time only, which means you need to get there sooner than later for this popular encounter.
Universal Studios is no stranger to bringing films to life in their theme parks. From “Men in Black”, “Jaws”, and even “Harry Potter”, the immersion is incredible and they knew exactly what to do to bring “Wicked” to life for their guests. Starting off with a yellow brick road, you will be led into the immersive world of the film including Shiz and even the Emerald City! Guests will also be able to see costumes props that were designed for the film. Guests are also able to take a photo with the broom that replicates the one used by Elphaba.

Universal CityWalk has a few restaurants that have added items to their menu to help celebrate the film. The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen has added an Ozitively Pink and Green Shake which features flavors of strawberry and key lime and topped with strawberries and oreo crumbs. The famous doughnut location, Voodoo Doughnut, is also offering a pink and green doughnut. The green, Enchantingly Emerald, features a white chocolate “Wicked” medallion on top of the green icing and a flavor of sour apple filling. The pink, Perfectly Pink, features bright pink icing with a gorgeous butterfly decoration and a flavor of vanilla doughnut but strawberry whipped topping. One location that has an entire “Wicked” menu, Hollywood & Dine, has a Bewitching Bacon Burger, Drizzmatic Corn Dog, and even a Lemonlicious Poppy Seed Salad.
At Universal Studios Hollywood, there are two locations that will have “Wicked” areas. Featured Presentation store, which is located inside the park, and UNIVRS store, located in Universal CityWalk each have something different. These locations are where guests will find the props and costumes designed for the film. There is a photo location designed to look like Emerald City and even the adorable monogrammed luggage that Glinda uses.
Both, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood, will have a magical four different collections of merchandise. The first is The Shiz University collection where the spirit jerseys, duffle bags, and journals will make you feel like you’ve transferred as a student.The next, The Studio MinaLima collection, will have items for the home as well as stationary. The third collection is The “Wicked” Logo collection. Sweatshirts, t-shirts, dolls, Loungefly, and other collector items will be available inside this collection. The final collection is the Starbucks collection. The brand has released new tumbler cups for this, and are gorgeous!
While there has not been an official closing date for this limited time feature, Discover Universal Blog has stated that it will remain open through the release of the next film which is set to theaters November 2025.
