Walt Disney World is known for amazing and innovative theme parks but of course that’s not where the excitement ends! They also have 2 fun filled water parks: Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon! Both of these parks can offer many different levels of splashing adventures for guests of all ages! Yes all ages! The water parks have attractions for all levels of thrill seeking as well as areas for those little swimmers to enjoy.
Guests can even add water parks and more to their ticket packages when they are booking their Disney vacation! This will allow them to visit water parks or some more recreational options as many days as they have ticket purchased. This is a great feature to add on a some extra fun!
This summer there is going to be a unique and exciting offering to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. A new H20 Glow After Hours party is coming! This after hours event will be returning to this water park Memorial Day weekend. The party has gotten a “glow -up” and will be bringing new features to the luminous event!

Tickets will be going on sale for guests of Disney Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels as well as Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort beginning March 29, with tickets on sale for the general public April 1. This nighttime event does have limited capacity and can sell out, so buying tickets early is encouraged!
H2O Glow After Hours will have vibrant and color decor, a fun and energetic DJ with dance parties, and glow themed menu options and more. These features are just part of the fun! Guests’ favorite watery attractions will be glowing under the stars, with shorter wait times for all the attractions. You can slide down the Crush N’ Gusher, take a dip in the Surf Pool, or even show off your best moves on the dance floor! Attendees will receive a glowing wristband and snacks like popcorn and select ice-cream treats to enjoy throughout the evening!
H2O Glow After Hours runs between 8-11pm every Saturday night from May 27 to August 27, 2022. This is a special ticketed events and guests will be able to enter the park around 6pm for the party! Be sure to get your tickets as soon as they go on sale!
