Doc McStuffins Character Meet and Greet Coming to Animal Kingdom
The Animal Kingdom park is seeing a lot of action, with the announcement of Pandora's opening on May 27 earlier this week. Doc McStuffins character meet and greets will be starting later this month(no word on exact date), she will be found outside of the vet clinic at Rafiki's Planet Watch. Currently only found at Hollywood Studios, this is a great addition for the younger crowd!
Rivers of Light Debut and Dining Package Reservations Now Available
The highly anticipated(and long awaited) Rivers of Light at Animal Kingdom is scheduled to begin February 17. Advanced reservations for the dining package, featuring dining at Tusker House or Tiffins and premium seating for Rivers of Light, are now available as well. Breakfast, lunch or dinner the day of the show is available and the dining plan is accepted.
The End of the Wishes Fireworks Spectacular and all NEW Happily Ever After Nighttime Spectacular
Onto new that made more than a few people sad, it was announced the long running Wishes nightly fireworks show at Magic Kingdom would end on May 11. It will be replaced by the Happily Ever After Nighttime Spectacular beginning May 12. Happily Ever After will feature and original music score, projection mapping onto the castle as well as an all new fireworks show. Are you sad to see Wishes go?
