Hear Ye, Hear Ye! A Royal Proclamation of Enchantment and Adventure!
Lords and ladies, dreamers and adventurers, the kingdoms of Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are about to receive a royal transformation like never before! Ok, maybe not like ever before, because these changes have happened before and pretty recently. But now that I have your attention, there is huge news out of Walt Disney World!

There will no longer be a 7 a.m. wake up call to reserve those virtual queues for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! Yes those two attractions were only able to be accessed by a virtual queue and Lightning Lanes. With the virtual queue vanishing, the ways to access the attraction are now by Lightning Lane and a Stand-by queue.

The virtual queue was free to all guests, with guests staying on-site having the ability to have a chance to reserve a spot at 7 a.m. while guests not staying on Walt Disney World property could reserve at 1 p.m. with another drop. While the virtual queue line for both attractions was not the quickest moving line, but it was a way to experience these very popular rides.
Lightning Lanes, both Lightning Lane Multipass and Lightning Lane Single Pass and now the Lightning Lane Premier Pass, can be reserved in advance. 7 days prior to arrival for guests staying on Disney property and 3 days prior to their first park day for guests not staying on property.
