A few months ago we touched base on a few restaurants reopening to the Walt Disney World resort and one of them was Victoria and Albert’s, located in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Opening this last week, the restaurant is bringing new flavors expertly crafted by the talented culinary team as well as an enhanced and renovated interior space. This dining experience for many reasons is a AAA Five Diamond Award and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award recipient. Many of dishes included quality ingredients from all over the world.

Some of these always evolving dishes include Glacier 51 Toothfish with charred mushroom and sambal, Heirloom Tomatoes with gazpacho and 100 Year Balsamico, and Carrot Tikka Masala with cilantro and puri bread. How amazing does this sound? But don’t worry that’s not all- round it off with some decedent desserts. Some of these options include: a Spectrum of Chocolate is an ombré delight featuring four specialty sourced chocolates and a tableside presentation of sabayon with notes of Madagascar vanilla bean, Champagne, and Grand Marnier. Wow!!!!
Not only does Victoria and Albert’s offer an exquisite menu of wonderful dishes but they also have a world-class wine collection featuring over 500 different selections. There are also Sommeliers on staff to help you with choosing the perfect pairings. There is also a zero-proof cocktail pairing that allows everyone to fully experience the evening with beverages crafted to complement each course. But it’s not just the menus that are eye catching and wonderful, the decor and theming of the dining area is gorgeous. Filled with opulence and elegance the restaurant is truly unique.
