I recently spent 5 days in beautiful Punta Cana attending the Vacation Express President's Club retreat. VE is a preferred partner of ours in the all-inclusive space, and as an agency, Marvelous Mouse Travels was awarded with a spot at this fabulous event celebrating top 2023 accomplishments!
The event was held at Paradisus Palma Real Spa and Golf resort, and it was the perfect backdrop for the occasion! Beautiful pools, a stunning beach, and more restaurant options that you could count - I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my clients - there is so much to do, the spa was incredible, and it's family friendly!
The retreat was Barbie themed. So much pink - from our clothes, to the signage, to the cocktails! We opened the retreat with a cocktail party in the resort's Colonial Plaza. This area was lined with restaurants, bars and shopping and came alive each night with entertainment - silent dance parties, karaoke, musical performances and more.
We had a very full, productive and fun first day. We started the morning in the classroom, and heard from Meliá about their beautiful complex of resorts here in Punta Cana. The Vacation Express team is known for their lively and fun trainings and they did not disappoint. Marvelous Mouse Travels was recognized as the top agency at the event! We are proud to be partnered with VE and look forward to another successful year ahead!
Over the weekend we toured several Punta Cana properties, including Hyatt Ziva, and Hyatt Zilara, Sanctuary Cap Cana and Margaritaville Island Reserve. We would not hesitate to send you to any of these gorgeous properties! We had dinners with our VE friends, tried all of the wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and pools, and got some time to relax.
The final night of the retreat was what everyone had been waiting for - the Barbie and Ken Farewell Beach Dinner! Everyone dressed in shades of pink, we were greeted by Barbie and Ken upon arrival and handed a pink cocktail. We were treated to a delicious beachside dinner buffet, live music and a fabulous night of networking with our wonderful travel partner, Vacation Express, and all of the agents we met at this event.
We were sad to go home to snow, but want to thank our friends at Vacation Express for a wonderful event. We are starting off 2024 with a fabulous partnership and can't wait for all of you to make it down to some beautiful all-inclusive resorts this year!
