When traveling to the parks, one of my favorite things to do is snack and explore all of the snack options! In this Universal Orlando Resort snack guide you will find some of the best snack options from the Universal Studios Orlando pros themselves, the team members.
First up, the Strawberry and Hazelnut Crepe which can be found at Central Park Crepes inside Universal Studios. The snack location is set perfectly on the waterfront for a great place to for a calm moment and soak in all of the excitement. The crepe itself is crafted of a Nutella Mascarpone, sliced strawberries, the perfect amount of sugar, and whipped cream!
Up next is one of the newest locations in the park is right inside Minion Land. One of my favorite items from the land is Freeze Ray Pops and the Universal experts agreed! A fresh Blueberry Lemonade Pop or a Minion Pop (blue banana flavored) are just a few of the wonderful options. Another fun option is the Gru, which is a Nutella flavored Freeze Ray Pop. Also in the area is Bake My Day Cafe which has adorable decorated baked goods like cupcakes and even Minion themed merchandise.
Heading over to Springfield, you will find the home of the Simpsons! Here there are so many food choices, but one of my favorites is Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck. With amazing chips and Carne Asada Tacos, you will be full for quite some time after this stop. Just around the bend guests will also find Duff Beer which makes the perfect beverage stop on your way to the table.
This item is very controversial, and not in the way you’re thinking. Butterbeer. Do you like it hot, cold, or frozen? This is a big debate for many guests that visit the park, and some do not enjoy it at all. Personally I enjoy it frozen during the hot Summer days, and hot on the Fall and Winter nights. Each type does taste different, or at least I think so. You will have to try each one and decide for yourself which is the best.
Towards the front of the park is Today Cafe which offers fresh options for dining. The Little Italy Caprese Platter. This tomato and mozzarella sandwich is served on a ciabatta bread with a delicious spread.
Switching over to Universal’s Islands of Adventure Park guests will find a ton of amazing snack options there as well. One of the firsts that you will actually come across is Croissant Moon Bakery where there is a Chocolate Eclair on the menu. This great grab and stroll option will have you coming back for more.
To experience all things The Wizarding World of Harry Potter you must visit both parks and the treats at Hogsmeade do not disappoint. Butterbeer can also be found here, along with Butterbeer Fudge, but the most adorable dessert is the Cauldron Cake at Honeyduke’s. The cake is served in a black silicone cauldron which is reusable. The cake itself is chocolate and topped with a fun red and yellow frosting made to look like fire.
Another great grab and stroll tasty treat inside Hogsmeade is the Shepards Pasty Pie which can be found at the Magic Neep. This is actually a vegan-friendly option as the filling is meatless beef and veggies.
In Seuss Landing one of the most popular snacks can be found at Green Eggs and Ham Cafe. The Green Eggs and Ham Tots are absolutely delicious and can be shared between guests. The crispy tots are topped with green eggs, ham pieces, and a melty cheese. There are also Buffalo Chicken Tots, Pizza Tots, and Vegan Pizza Tots on the menu.
