After three incredible days at the inaugural U-Preferred Travel Advisor Symposium at Universal Orlando Resort—exploring the parks, connecting with our Universal partners, and gaining insights from presentations by speakers like Jennifer Rother, Vice President of Strategy & Insights—the event wrapped up with a memorable evening at Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park.
Staying true to the theme, we all wore our favorite Hawaiian shirts and dresses for the event. Upon entering the park, we were welcomed by our Universal partners, who kicked off the celebration by handing out glowing leis. Seeing Volcano Bay all lit up at night was an absolute delight!
No event at Universal would be complete without sampling Volcano Bay’s delicious food and drinks! We were presented with culinary favorites like Longboard Pizzas, Bambu Burgers, and Mango BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches. We also indulged in delectable treats such as Haupia, Mango Cheesecake, and Pineapple Upside Cake.
The Dancing Dragons Boat Bar was open so that we could try their specialty cocktails like Wai-Watermelon, Volcano Bay Rum Punch, and Blue Hawaiian.
A live band entertained us at the bar, while a DJ kept the energy high by the Waturi Beach wave pool.
It was yet another fantastic evening spent connecting with fellow travel agents and networking with Universal’s leadership team and support staff. We deeply value our partnership with Universal and eagerly anticipate all the exciting things they have planned for the future!
