Teens can put a lot of food away, and when you’re on vacation, that can add up pretty quickly. All-inclusives are a great option to keep the kids fed and your budget in check. Beaches Turks and Caicos has 21 restaurants to choose from and we’re guessing that Bobby Dee’s, Bella Napoli, and the Mr. Mac food truck are going to be some of their favorites.
- Bobby Dee’s has a fun diner theme, killer burgers and wings, and is open from 11 AM to 6 AM. So no matter when your kids get hungry or how late they stay up, they can grab some grub.
- Craving pizza? Bella Napoli in the Italian village is a great spot to order a custom personal size to take down to the beach or scarf down before heading to Pirate Island.
- Speaking of Pirate Island…Mr. Mac food truck was a personal favorite snack option for our family! All American and the Deep Fried Mac Balls are perfect for your picky eaters and adventurous kiddos should not miss the Crab Mac or Blazin’ Buffalo Chicken Mac! This truck is located steps from the lazy river and is open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Friends
My sons love making friends on vacation and we can’t imagine a better place to do that than Beaches. These resorts were made for families with children and there are several spots at the Turks and Caicos Resort that are especially designed with teens in mind.
- During the hours of 8-10 PM, Club Liquid is a teen only nightclub where kids can grab a fun virgin cocktail and hang with new friends. Whether they love to dance or bob their heads to the beat only, this is a great spot to socialize and hang out.
- If your teens would rather game the day (and night) away, they’ll be right at home in the XBOX Play Lounge. The lounge is located conveniently by Bobby Dee’s and is the perfect chill spot for your gamers.
- Speaking of games, the Port Royal Arcade is full of them, and your teenagers can enjoy them with their new buddies. The vibes in here are definitely “giving”. And if you don’t know what that means, ask your teens.
Entertainment at Beaches Turks and Caicos
Being bored at Beaches Turks and Caicos is honestly not a possibility. Your teens may like to lounge and chill, but if they’re anything like mine, they also want to try new sports and activities and have unique experiences while on a trip.
- Most all inclusive resorts have nightly shows and a fun entertainment staff to keep things lively.. Beaches is no exception and they have something for everyone, including your hard-to-impress teenager. Don’t miss the Silent Disco and if you get a chance to embarrass them during a dance contest…take it.
- Super active and athletic kids will have more options at Beaches Turks and Caicos than they can imagine. Water sports include kayaks, hydrobikes and more and they can challenge their siblings or friends to a game of basketball, tennis, or volleyball while onsite.
- Heading off the resort to explore is always a part of our agenda when traveling with teens.
