I recently returned home from a long overdue visit to Disneyland Resort, and I am once again just CAPTIVATED by the magic of west coast Disney!
California Adventure is a Disney park you can’t find anywhere else in the world. Its 73 acres themed after the rich culture and history of California, blending many familiar Disney elements with new and exciting rides and attractions.
With so much to see, where do you start? Here’s my hit list - the 10 Can’t Miss Attractions at Disney California Adventure!
10- The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure I
If you love Ariel, you’ve got to do this classic dark ride that retells her story!
9- Goofy’s Sky School
Featuring lots of fast twists, drops and turns, learn to fly (or maybe not learn that much! with Goofy himself!
8- Soarin
A classic, you have to say you’ve soared on both coasts!
7- Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sully to the Rescue
So glad to see my Monsters getting the attention they deserve in this dark ride through Monstropolis!
6- Pixar Pal-a-Round
This ferris wheel is the center of Pixar Pier and the backdrop for the nightly World of Color show. It’s a beautiful sight offering up spectacular views from the top!
5- Incredicoaster
Try to catch up with Jack-Jack as you twist and turn on this rollercoaster!
4 -WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
The newest attraction - you’ll use your hands to shoot webs at targets on the screen to earn points. Your arms with get tired, but it’s so fun!
3- Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: BREAKOUT
I was suspicious of this one. My beloved Tower of Terror, turned into something completely different. But wow, it’s even more thrilling than the original version!
2- Radiator Springs Racers
I’m obsessed! Test Track is my favorite ride at EPCOT and this is a longer, different version with the cutest story!
1 - World of Color
This show is the best I’ve seen at any Disney park. I said it! Color truly comes to life, set to your favorite songs from Disney classics!
