Let’s talk about the Water Journey at the spa at Le Blanc Cancun. It was 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈!
You will check in and be greeted with cool scented towels while you wait to be escorted back to the locker room.
After changing into a bathing suit you’re taken to a sauna. Your attendant will lay out a towel to lie on and one for a pillow. You are then given the option to be sprayed down with either eucalyptus water or lavender water before a cool towel is placed over your eyes.
Next up was my favorite, the ice room!
Again your attendant will place towels out for you to sit on and there will be small bowls of crushed ice to rub on your body and cool off.
Then you’ll be headed to the steam room where you are given a mud facial mask and a CHI hair mask before entering. Upon your exit you rinse off in a nice cool shower.
The journey doesn’t end here! You will be able to grab some refreshing spa water
before time in the hot tub. You can then choose to enter a cold pool (again my fav!) or a moderate temperature pool.
Finally you will lie down on a heated tile lounger and your attendant will place a cooling towel over your eyes as she massages your head.
It was an amazing hour long experience and I can not recommend it enough. If you stay at this resort and do not pay a visit to the spa you are definitely doing yourself a disservice!
