The Disneyland Resort will turn into The Merriest Place on Earth from Nov. 11, 2022 through Jan. 8, 2023! The holidays at Disneyland are the most magical, captivating and whimsical experience for guests of all ages and we are very excited for this season! The decor sparkles and shines while many different traditions return. Not only does the festive decor come back but so does some of the speciality food and beverages!

Over at Disney’s California Adventure guests can experience the 50-foot-tall Christmas tree on Buena Vista Street and automotive holiday embellishment in Cars Land. During the evening the nighttime spectaculars, “World of Color – Season of Light.” This show brings holiday music and memorable moments of Disney animated films. Not only is there beautiful live entertainment but other cultures such as Christmas/Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and Three Kings Day are celebrated as well. There will be festival marketplaces with hand-crafted menu of delectable foods and beverages that allow guests to be fully immersed in those cultures and their holiday traditions.

The holiday entertainment that is returning will include “Mickey’s Happy Holidays,” a procession of Disney and Pixar characters dancing and marching along to the upbeat rhythms of the Holiday Toy Drummers. The “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!” street party also returns, featuring Mickey and Minnie donning festive fiesta attire and accompanied by Mexican folklórico dancers and Mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers and percussionists and giant mojiganga puppets.
At Disneyland Park, there will be beautiful decor as well as a 60-foot-tall Christmas tree on Main Street, U.S.A. Sleeping Beauty’s castle will light up at night with the most beautiful shimmering icicles and twinkling light. During the “A Christmas Fantasy” Parade, many different characters will make their holiday appearance. And as the sun goes down the evening show, “Believe… in Holiday Magic” fireworks spectacular, which features magical “snowfall” and colorful projections on Main Street, U.S.A.
