Hi! I am a former Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member and Mom of 6 who loves to travel or plan to travel to Disney destinations. After growing up in NC and traveling to Disney often as a child, I participated in the Walt Disney World College Program during the summer of 2000 and worked in the Confectionery on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. I fell in love with the magic of Disney that summer and with my future husband, who was also working on the College Program. My biggest take away from being a Cast Member was how no detail is too small to add magic to someone’s day and we should always do whatever it takes to go above and beyond to help others have the BEST experiences possible! GUEST SERVICE is truly the best way in business and in life.
I have traveled extensively to Disney destinations at different times of the year and during different seasonal events. We’ve cruised with Disney Cruise Line and visited the Disneyland Resort. I’ve traveled with lots of small kids and without them. I’ve also coordinated large multi-generational family group trips with success. I can also provide guidance for those traveling with guests with special needs.
My love for Disney has overflowed into the joy I get in helping others plan and prepare for a successful trip for their own family. I have so many tips and advice that I’ve learned throughout the years are true time savers and have helped others enjoy their vacations even more. As your travel agent, my goal is to customize any Disney vacation to your needs while still accomplishing your Disney bucket list. Continuing the expectation of Disney excellence, my NO COST SERVICES include securing resort and dining reservations, providing research based itinerary planning, and My Magic + set up with Fastpass reservation planning. I am available to answer all of your questions and work for you to create many magical memories with your loved ones on a one-of-a -kind vacation.
