May is just around the corner, hard to believe, I know. But this also brings a very important day to those Star War enthusiasts, May 4th. The good news is, Disneyland Resort does not just limit the Star Wars specialties to just one day, they offer an entire season for celebrating. Star Wars Season of the Force begins on March 28 and continues through May 11, 2025 and it includes its very own Foodie Guide!
So many novelties, so little time to collect them all. New for the season, beginning March 28th, is the Death Star Bucket, Tauntaun Bucket, and the Salvaged Clone Trooper Bucket, all of which can be located in multiple areas at the park.
To help quench the thrist from the items served with the buckets, the sippers are a great collectable! Another new novelty is the Coaxium Sipper which can only be purchased at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and Ronto Roasters. Only at Oga’s Cantina, the Mythosaur Mug can be purchased and is served with Ne’tra gal Ale which is a White Wampa Ale with apple cider and cherry puree. The Acid Spitter Orb Sipper, Jawa Sipper, and the Sap Tap Cup is served with your choice of fountain beverage and both can be found at a few locations between the resorts and parks.
Lightsabers take on a new form with the two new Swizzle Stick offerings. The Skywalker Lightsaber Swizzle Sitck is red and served in a Coca-Cola Slushy, while the Darth Vader Lightsaber Swizzle Stick is blue and served with a Blue Raspberry Slushy.
The next new novelty being offered for purchase is the Yoda Stainless Steel Tumbler. This is not only perfect for in the parks, but it definitely can double as a tumbler for everyday use.
There are more than just novelty items available for purchase. There are also brand and already available food and beverage items on items throughout the park. One of my favorites is located at Ronto Roasters. The Cold Brew Black Caf features a sweet cream cheese topping and chocolate puffs. There are also two new items on the menu; Keshian Spiced Milk Tea and Fried Falumpaset Cheese Skewer. The skewer is a potato and served with a mustard-cheese dipping sauce. The milk tea is served with horchata jelly and caramel sugar crisp.
The Galactic Grill will also have three new menu items. The Galactic Gyro Burger features an angus beef and vegetable patty topped with Havarti cheese, a feta tzatziki sauce, red onions, tomato, and cucumbers. The perfect side is the Loaded Outpost Fries that are crafted with a mix of French fries and onion rings, then topped with BBW pulled pork and a drizzle of sour cream, along with cheese blend, pickled red onions, and roasted corn. The final new menu item is a Pistachio-Cherry Parfait that is layers of red velvet cake with pistachio mousse cherry pie filling.
The fun blue (Sour Blue Raspberry) and red (Spiced Red Cinnamon) churros make a return at the Churros cart near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters.
