Happy October! We officially are ¾ of the way through the year, and the month of all things spooky! However, Walt Disney World celebrates in style with all things not so scary. This includes the characters in their special Halloween costumes during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! Did you know that there are characters that are rarely spotted, but can be found at the special ticketed event. Let’s find out who to expect for the 2024 season at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Let’s start off with the characters that can be spotted during the Mickey’s Boo To You Halloween Parade. Some of these characters cannot be found during the party, but only parading down Main Street U.S.A. Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy are all in on the fun. Keep looking for Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabell Cow dressed as the Sanderson Sisters. Other characters like The Haunted Mansion Gravediggers, Lost Boys, Barbossa, Vanellope Von Schweets, and Ralph are not located in the parks for meet and greets with guests.
There are quite a few characters that can be found not only in the Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade, but they can also be found throughout the park. Characters like Jack Skellington and Sally can be spotted in the parade, but also inside Town Square Theater. It has been said that wait times can be two or more hours for these two special characters. Characters like Alice and the Mad Hatter can be found in the parade and also outside the Mad Tea Party attraction.
Most of these characters are dressed up, just like most of the guests, and ready to have a great time! Stitch can be found dressed up in his rock and roll outfit right across from “Monsters Inc Laugh Floor.” Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore are the cutest little group in their costumes and they can be found at Pooh’s Thotful Spot. Another pair that can also be found during regular park hours is Mirabel and Bruno. On a normal operating day they can be found at Fairytale Garden, which still stands true for the after hours event, but they also bounce over to Liberty Square Gazebo occasionally so be sure to check the app to where you can find them.
One trio that is new this year, and not quite able to actually meet are the famous Hitchhiking Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion! They can generally be found above Frontierland on the balcony.
For those Disney Junior fans, guests can find Doc McStuffins, Fancy Nancy, and Vampirina at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe having a fun filled dance party!
