The time has come: the return of a fan favorite restaurant! While it is not officially open for business quite yet, guests now have access to reservations and an official menu for the revamp and reopening of 1900 Park Fare inside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. 1900 Park Fare will begin greeting guests on April 10, 2024 for breakfast and dinner.

This fantastic character meal is definitely high on many lists of those visiting in the coming months. The list of characters that guests can expect to meet while dining at 1900 Park Fare is Aladdin, Mirabel, Cinderella, and Princess Tiana. Aladdin will be dapper in his Prince Aladdin outfit and Princess Tiana will be adventurous in her outfit inspired by the new attraction Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
We also now have the official menu offerings for both breakfast and dinner. Lets see which meal type you would prefer to dine at!
Breakfast will be available from 8 am through 12 pm and dinner will be from 4 pm through 9 pm.
The buffet for the breakfast menu will be the perfect mixture of sweet and savory including items like Bread Pudding with vanilla creme anglaise, Doughnut Holes tossed with shimmer, and the famous Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I know the Strawberry Soup was a huge question when the official return announcement was released. I have not personally tried the soup, if you have, do you recommend it?
On the savory side of the breakfast menu, there are items like Eggs Benedict, Beef and Potato Hash, Carved Ham, and a Croissant Breakfast Pizza! While there are other main items on the menu, there is also an array of fruit, cereal, and breakfast pastries.
On the other hand those enjoying the dinner selection will not be disappointed. Items like Shrimp, Tiana’s Gumbo, and Baked Salmon will be available. Sides of Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Glazed Carrots will pair perfectly with the dishes already listed and those that are to come. Other main dish items include Carved Prime Rib, Curry-roasted Chicken, and a Roasted Garlic Sausage with tomatoes, herbs, and braised cabbage. Be sure to save room for dessert, because the options looks fabulous! Items like the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup, Grand Floridian Financier (almond cake with sea salt caramel and toasted meringue), Toasted Coconut Cake, and Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake are just a few of the delicious items.
