I was able to savor mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres and mimosas in the Meridian Lounge that was complimented by impeccable service. The luncheon was in Chartreuse, the ship’s French-inspired restaurant. I was delighted by the delicious meal, especially the appetizer. It was chilled medallions of Maine Lobster and Honeydew & Cantaloupe balls topped with Lobster Salad. It was sensational!
The culinary team creates unparalleled menus for each of the restaurants on board. They offer incredible choices: Prime 7 Steakhouse, Pacific Rim pan-Asian inspired restaurant, authentic Italian dishes at La Veranda and the signature restaurant called the Compass Rose.
