There will be 9 7-night sailings on the Disney Fantasy offering Pixar Day at Sea. The first of these sailings embarks on January 7. Pixar Day at Sea is a day-long celebration of Pixar tales. There will be an all-new nighttime spectacular, new character meetings, special dances, and even pool parties! As always there will be activities the entire family can enjoy. There will be more Pixar characters to interact with than ever before witnessed on a cruise.
You will have the opportunity to meet favorites from “Toy Story,” “Monsters, Inc.,” “The Incredibles,” “Inside Out,” Miguel, Remy and Dug and Russell. Dug, Dory, Edna Mode, and Roz will be making special announcements ship wide.
There will be a very special celebration in the top deck. The “Pixar Pals Celebration” will be an interactive deck party extravaganza. This will take place early evening and will feature favorite Pixar pals.
If your family would prefer to ‘just keep swimming’ there are activities just for you! Such as “Crush’s Totally Awesome Pool Party,” with pool-side games and interactions from the Crush himself. There are also additional totally awesome interactions supported by the dude and his party.
For an ‘Incredible’ end to the day the Incredibles are the guests of honor at the celebration on deck. Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible and Frozone invite you to join them for “An Incredible Deck Party: Celebrate the Supers”. This is where they receive a smooth sailing award for the spectacular day that has happened, but they soon discover Jack-Jack is loose on the ship! Jack-Jack is sure to keep you entertained with his antics, action, and surprises. The party will end with an incredible fireworks finale to send the supers and families off in super spirits.
There are so many more offerings than just the character interactions and parties. You will find deck shows and Pixar-themed activities. You will get the chance to meet the storytellers behind the Pixar movies. If you like to draw, there is a class to learn how to draw favorite Pixar characters. If you prefer to relax and watch movies, you will be able to watch favorite Pixar movies. Do you have a better memory than Dory? You can test this with “Dory’s Memory Game”. If you want to get in touch with your emotions try the “Inside Out’ Game Show”. You can even join the Green Army Patrol in “Sarge Says”. For those who love to cook they can help Remy make his favorite dish at “Anyone Can Cook”. Are you a self proclaimed comedian? “‘Monsters, Inc.’ Open Mike Nite.” is where you can make the audience laugh. Kids can make music with Miguel, chill with Ian (from Onward) or build their own Forky.
