New treats at Disneyland this July! During this month, guests will be able to experience a few celebrations along with some summer flavors throughout the resorts and parks. Not only is it the 67th anniversary of Disneyland Resort, but they can also join the festivities for Oga’s birthday in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park!
Alongside the amazing dishes guests will be able to get their hands on some novelties. We discussed some of these awesome options coming in a previous blog! Some include Mighty Thor’s Hammer to hold your beverages and the Birthday Mickey Ear Hat Bowl for ice cream.

To celebrate the anniversary of Disneyland Resort from now through July 17 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, there are plenty of desserts guests can enjoy! Over at Grand Californian Hotel at Craftsman Grill, they'll uncover the Mickey-shaped Chocolate Donut, a tasty Mickey-shaped chocolate donut, and the Disneyland Birthday Cupcake, a vanilla cake with sprinkles and frosting. There are a few other Mickey shaped and themed desserts you will be able to find at the GCH Holiday Cart, located in the lobby. Some treats include Mickey Shorts Sugar Cookie, and Birthday Cake S’mores Cookie with marshmallow filling. Guests over 21 can indulge in a Birthday Waffle Shot that can be enjoy with the choice of a variety of milks or alcohol.
Only on July 17th guests can head to the Disneyland Resort, Red Rose Taverne at Disneyland Park to experience the brand-new Walt’s Chili Cheese Fries.
Head on over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge from July 18 through 20, will be celebrating the birthday of everyone’s favorite cantina owner – Oga Garra. At Oga’s Cantina there will be a few items guests will be able to try!
For beverages, the Blue Citrus Mule features citrus vodka, blue curaçao, pure cane syrup, mule mix, and club soda garnished with a lime wheel and candied ginger and the non-alcoholic Pasaana Punch includes orange juice, white grape juice, red passion fruit, and hibiscus! But if you’re looking for a snack be sure to try the Mygeeto Roll has tuna poke, zhu cucumber, green onion, enoki, eel sauce, fried garlic, vermicelli, and sea bean rolled in rice paper and garnished with ponzu foam.

Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, guests will find the tasty Blue Milk Chia Pudding, made with a coconut milk and chia seed blend, fresh berries, pepitas, and shredded coconut. For a sweet and savory option, you can try over at Jat Kaa's Coolers a Peka Wheat Gear Puffs, crispy wheat puffs in a savory and spicy seasoning blend.

If you’re heading over to Disney Springs be sure to try some of the great treats being offered at Salt & Straw and Sprinkles! Salt & Straw will be having a Berry Series featuring fresh flavors of marionberry, blackberry, wild berry, boysenberry, and raspberry. And from July 11th- 24th Sprinkles will be having various seasonal flavors. Starting with the Circus Animal birthday cake cupcake with a pink sugar cookie crust, topped with strawberry buttercream frosting, and finished with rainbow nonpareils and an animal cookie. And from July 25 through August 7, try the Cookie cupcake, a chocolate chip studded yellow cake lined with a cookie crust and topped with brown sugar frosting and dusted with cookie crumbles. As always come prepared with an empty stomach to be able try these flavorful masterpieces!
