As recently reported, Disneyland in Anaheim, California, will be the future home of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. This new guest area is the most recent addition to the Disney Vacation Club members “home”. Guests will be welcomed home to the newest tower beginning on September 28, 2023, with over 340 new rooms. With the new addition being added to the resort, there will also be a new pool and lounge area.
The newly designed area will have a fabulous pool, referred to as the Palette Pool area. The pool itself will be shaped like a palette, decorated with an array of bright and whimsical colors. There will also be a bar, Palm Breeze Bar, where adults can purchase a refreshing beverage to sip on while their children play or simply lounge and enjoy a poolside conversation with others.
Right next to the pool will be the cutest new splash pad area for the little fans of Disneyland, and the decor theme has been announced! “Steamboat Willie” has helped the design crew at Disney recreate his steamboat into an imaginative water area for kids! The boat itself will be on the grayscale, but come to life, full of colors after dusk. As the night falls, lights will descend on the structure to bring it to life. Inside the boat, you will find “Steamboat Willie” at the helm, leading the way for adventure and excitement.
