It has been confirmed that a new dining experience will opening at the Contemporary resort. Steakhouse 71 is the reimagining of the previous restaurant the Wave. This will be coming to Disney as part of the 50th anniversary celebration! This restaurant is dubbed 71 because Walt Disney World in Florida was opened in 1971. The sister restaurant in California is named Steakhouse 55 from the theme parks opening there in 1955. What a great tribute to the history of Walt Disney and all the magic he has brought to us!
