Menus across Disney properties have recently received new menu items, most of which are seasonal options. Disneyland Resorts have three restaurants with new menu items recently added, each located inside Disneyland Park.
Cafe Orleans located right inside New Orleans Square, has received three new menu items that will be available until November 9, 2023. The first item is a new appetizer or small bites as listed on the menu is a Potato and Sausage Soup. The next two are desserts, one being very special to the season. A creamy Vanilla Creme Brulee is topped with a mix of berries and finally a Disney’s Haunted Mansion Candle and Heart Dessert. The movie inspired dessert is a vanilla chip mousse sat on top of a cookie of pecan pie and a mixed berry compote. A few new beverages also grace the menu for the fall. A new Bayou Punch has a fun gummy alligator and is a mix of lemonade, orange juice, strawberry puree, and a blueberry syrup. Another fantastic addition is House Hurricane which is a mix of rum, orange juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup, sweet and sour mix, and Pym’s No. 1 liqueur.
The second restaurant to receive some new menu items is Carnation Cafe. This amazing restaurant can be found right on Main Street, U.S.A. and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are two new items for breakfast that have been added on September 12, 2023. A Veggie Skillet that consists of three eggs, a mixture of peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach, along with potatoes and cheese! The next breakfast item also includes eggs in Walt’s Chili-Cheese Omelet. This delicious omelet is topped with chili, cheese, and chives along with a side of potatoes. A refreshing twist on a classic drink has been introduced as well. This Orange Creamsicle beverage is a mix of Sprite, candied orange syrup, and topped with a slice of candied orange. Along with the Orange Creamsicle, there are 9 other new beverages added to the menu including a new Lavender Mimosa. Orange Juice Mimosa, and Peach Pie Margarita.
The final restaurant with new menu items is River Belle Terrace. Found in Frontierland, this down-home cooking is sure to hit the spot during a fun day in the parks! Here you can dine for Brunch and Dinner. Five new items for brunch include Signature Pancakes that are crafted with Pumpkin-spice, an American Breakfast that consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, and with a biscuit. The other brunch items are Biscuits and Gravy that contain pork belly, country chicken gravy, on top of homemade biscuits; and a Warm Bacon and Spinach Salad. For the dinner menu items like Roasted Summer Squash, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, a Pork Chop, and a Blackened Fish has been added.
