New Menu Items at Disney World Resorts

Fellow readers, grab your luggage and pack for the weekend because three restaurants inside Walt Disney World Resorts are gaining some delicious new menu items. These are plates you definitely do not want to miss! On October 11, 2023, guests will see the new changes in the menus,

Over at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, guests can enjoy not only the fabulous food but the location of Geyser Point Bar & Grill, which is set directly by the pool and a lake. Talk about dinner with a view! The culinary team has crafted a new flatbread with a twist, a charcuterie twist. This new Charcuterie Flatbread will feature four meats; salami, bacon, brisket, and chorizo, plus some delightful smoked Gouda beer cheese. Up next on the menu is the Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs which needs almost no explanation. Ribs served in a Peking sauce and topped with a few chopped cashews, yum! The next menu item is a delightful spinoff of the classic BLT. The new Turkey BLT is piled with black pepper Turkey, some beautiful candied bacon, and with a swipe of avocado purée. The next item on this menu is not actually new, but there will be offerings of new flavors. The delicious Geyser Chicken Wings will not only be offered in the Teriyaki sauce, but also with Thai Chili and Sriracha Buffalo sauce.

Three new items that are plant based will also find their way into the new menu. The Macaroni and ‘Cheese’ Bites sound absolutely amazing! Next is an item that can be made plant based, but can also have some protein added for the guests that choose. The Multigrain Salad with Tofu is crafted with wild rice, bell peppers, mixed greens, and drizzled with a sesame vinaigrette dressing. For the added protein guests can choose from salmon, steak, or chicken to be added. The final change in the menu brings a drink that had a short run during the month of February as a special, but will not be featured full time. The Pineapple Mule is a refreshing option during your visit at the resort, and for it to be brought back to their permanent menu, it must be really good!

New Menu Items Coronado Springs Resort

Heading over to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort guests can indulge at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago, and yes it can be mobile ordered! Beginning with the new Villa del Lago Wedge Salad, you will find yourself with a beautiful mix of lettuce, chorizo, marinated tomatoes, and covered in bleu cheese and an avocado dressing. The choice is yours with adding some grilled shrimp or chicken. The next tasty item is the Korean Fried Chicken Bao Buns. This two piece appetizer is sure to be a hit with the gochujang sauce, a “kimchi” pickle, and some lime mayo. Up next is the Tamarind Soy-Glazed Pork Ribs. The final new appetizer on the menu is the Ceviche Classico, which has notes of sweet potato, cancha, red onion, chile, kona kampachi, and finally lech de tigre. How delicious do all of those sound? And they were just the new appetizers!

The new entrees will not let your tastebuds down during your next visit to Disney’s Coronado Springs. The new Pork Carnitas Tacos will be served with three sauces; chipotle-pineapple salsa, tomatillo salsa verde, and a salsa borracha which is then pairs with black beans and rice. A new tamale is gracing the menu and called Chicken Mole Poblano. Next up is for the person that we all know that orders a burger no matter where they go. The Three Bridges Signature Burger is sure to satisfy the hunger of the burger fan. On top of the burger guests will find bacon marmalade, a sun-dried tomato jam, smoked Gouda queso, and crispy vegetables as described by Disney Destinations. For a side, smoked paprika fries will do the trick! The final main dish being added to the new revamped menu is a Plancha-seared Mahi Mahi and Shrimp combo. With it guests will find rice, bok choy, with a Thai red coconut-curry sauce. Yes, the churros did not leave the sweets menu, but it does come with some new sauces! Tequila Caramel, Spiced Chocolate, and a Mango-Chamoy.

New Menu Items Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

The final destination for new menus is Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort at Banana Cabana. A new burger named after the location sounds delightful! It will have a tomatillo-jalapeno cream cheese spread with a pineapple salsa, along with a Caribbean style Barbeque sauce. While the wings remain on the menu, there are two new flavors to choose from! There will be a Rum Barbeque (mild) and a Guava Buffalo (medium) sauce option. The final revamp from the Banana Cabana menu is the Seafood Fritters being served with a passion fruit aioli sauce and the Coconut Shrimp that are fried to perfection and served with a citrus chili sauce.
