This summer guests will be able to have the first look at “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond.” The Animal Kingdom park previously has had a Finding Nemo stage show for many years. And the show coming this summer will be a reimagined version!

The new show will also step inside the theater to catch up with some favorite fish Dr. P. Sherman’s office. The fish will tell Nemo’s full story in this fully updated show! The running time will be about 25 minutes and will have live performers and puppets, along with many of the beloved songs and production numbers from the original “Finding Nemo: The Musical.”
Not only is the script going to be new, but the show will have new scenic set pieces with a new LED video wall designed to extend the world created by the physical sets on stage. These set pieces include a 32 foot sunken submarine and a fish tank that stands 15 feet tall.
This show is being out together in close collaboration with Pixar Animation Studios. But also artists and designers Disney Live Entertainment also developed a new aesthetic for “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” inspired by layered cut paper sculptures. This new and unique show will bring a fresh and true to design to the original film!
Stay tuned for all the entertainment changes and updates that are coming to the Disney parks. Many different shows and experiences are retuning either in their original form or with enhancements making this a very exciting year! And of course the World’s Most Magical celebration is still continuing throughout the year and guests will be able to experience entertainment, merchandise, snacks and more themed for this amazing anniversary! Follow along for more updates as these changes roll out.
