In the recent months there has been a ton of construction happening at the Downtown Disney District. This includes new event spaces, dining locations, and retail options. However, now we have some new food option menus that have hit the news for the new dining in Downtown Disney!
There will be three new Mexican dining options. Those three include Paseo, Centrico, and Tiendita. These will open in May and overseen by a Michelin-Starred chef. Chef Carlos Gaytan has spiced it up a bit by blending the Mexican and French quinine flavors in his work.
Paseos entrance will feature a large stunning staircase that will lead guests to the second floor dining area and bar. It will also have amazing views of the Downtown Disney district.
Centrico will be a restaurant with a courtyard type setting. The space has an open design concept to experience the beautiful weather in Anaheim, California. A menu item that is sure to be popular is the quesabirrias. There will also be chicken enchiladas, and Caesar Salad.
The final location, Tiendita, will be a quick service type restaurant that offers ordering via kiosk. The menu features street-style foods like esquites, fish tacos, and ice cream tacos! There will also be breakfast burritos featuring chorizo.
In other news, Din Tai Fung will also be opening this Summer! Another location that has been Michelin-awarded but from Taiwan will bring such flavorful food to Disneyland. Items like steamed buns, bok choy, noodles, and wontons will be present on the menu. Is this something you are excited about?
