When I visit Universal Orlando, I always purchase 3-park tickets so that I can spend a whole day at Volcano Bay. Volcano Bay is not a regular water park. It’s a water theme park! Volcano Bay has water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and so much more.

In addition to 18 fantastic attractions, Volcano Bay has unique features that set it apart from other water parks. First, you don’t have to worry about standing in long lines. Volcano Bay has a wrist band called TapuTapu that allows you to “tap in” to the line and be notified when it’s your turn to ride. While you are waiting, you can go relax in the wave pool or the lazy river or enjoy a bite to eat!

Plus, you also don’t have to carry your own tube up those long flights of stairs with Volcano Bay’s innovative conveyor belt system that carries the tubes to the top for you.

My favorite feature at Volcano Bay is the cabana rentals! Each cabana has padded lounge chairs, a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, a locker, towel service, outlets for your chargers, Wi-Fi, and a complimentary fruit and snack basket. You can also “tap in” to the rides from your cabana! In addition, your cabana comes with concierge service from your own personal cabana attendant.
