Disney foodies get ready! More guest favorites dining locations are scheduled to reopen and we couldn’t be more excited! What is even better than these restaurants reopening? But reopening with some new amazing dishes! Flying Fish at Disney’s BoardWalk, The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and Jiko – The Cooking Place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge are getting ready to start serving up the magic. These dishes range from seafood to decedents desserts and then some.

Starting on January 27 guests will be able to dine at Flying Fish over at Disney’s BoardWalk. Not only do they serve exquisite seafood entrees but they also have some fantastic steak options. Some of the new dishes will feature the Seafood Pearl Pasta which consists of all the favorites – shrimp, lobster, scallops, clams, and mussels and Plancha-seared Scallops accompanied with savory grits, sweet corn, and Peppadew emulsion. And don’t forget to save room for dessert, the Cocoa Breach accompanied with delicious vanilla custard. Yum!!!!
Now hop on over to Saratoga Springs resort for The Turf Club Bar and Grill opening February 3rd. At this dinging location every dish is filled with American flavors. From the New York Cider-braised Mussels appetizer flavored with garlic, chorizo, fennel, Fresno chili, and apple cider topped with a grilled baguette to the Grilled Pork Chop or Braised Lamb Tagliatelle. The menu is filled with amazing options. And yet again another location with fantastic desserts especially the New York Cheesecake!
The last reopening date will be February 17th and it will be Jiko – The Cooking Place. This restaurant is over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and specializes in the savory tastes and flavors of African, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisine. A few must try options are the Seafood Tagine which if filled with prawns scallops, squid, and Littleneck clams. And would you be surprised if I said another amazing dessert?
Make sure you get the decedent dark chocolate mousse, pistachio financier, pink peppercorn meringue, cacao nib crunch, and ras el hanout pineapples. Woah. Just amazing!

There are few other changes being made in the next month. Over at Cape May Café on Feb. 15, embrace the New England vibes as Guests once again feast upon an all-you-care-to-enjoy, buffet breakfast. And lastly at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort starting Jan. 31, the Ale & Compass Restaurant is back with some returning breakfast options and exciting, new lunch offerings.
These changes are so exciting and definitely long awaited! Be sure to remember to make your dining reservations 60 days prior to travel!
