Last month, I went to the Palace PRO Championship excited to experience a brand new luxury all-inclusive resort. Instead, I came home feeling inspired, grateful, and incredibly proud of the agency I was honored to represent.
Held at Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana, this exclusive weekend brought together top travel advisors who share a love for The Palace Company and its family of luxury resorts. Being invited was an honor, and being able to represent Marvelous Mouse Travels as our agency brought home some incredible recognition made it even more special.
But first, let’s talk about this resort.
Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana is a game changer for the Dominican Republic in so many ways. With more than twenty eateries, nine pools, and room towers rising more than 18 floors, the scale alone is impressive. There is so much to explore, whether your vacation plans involve trying something new every day or finding your favorite pool and settling in.
And the food? Absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. When dining is such a big part of the vacation experience, having that much variety makes a difference. From the 24-hour Boulangerie serving up my favorite iced lattes every morning to Tavola offering oven-baked margherita pizzas, my taste buds were constantly rewarded with tasty delights throughout my stay. The highlight of my dining experience, however, was the Greek cuisine at Nikos by Athinagoras Kostakos. You haven't had hummus until you've eaten this garbanzo bean masterpiece at Nikos. Add in the lamb chops and ... chef's kiss!
Between the pools, activities, and seemingly unlimited ways to enjoy the day, I kept thinking about how much my clients would love it. Experiencing a property firsthand helps me picture who would feel at home there, and this visit gave me plenty to get excited about.
As impressive as the resort was, the people were what made this weekend unforgettable.
There is something energizing about being surrounded by people who love what they do. These amazing ladies and gentlemen were Palace-loving advisors who know the properties inside and out, believe in the luxury experience of living the Palace Life, and care deeply about the vacations they plan for their clients. I loved being able to share that enthusiasm with people who understood why we do what we do!
I left those conversations inspired to keep learning, keep building relationships, and keep finding ways to serve my clients better. Even when you love your work, spending time with people who share your passion can give you a fresh sense of motivation.
... And then came the awards.

Watching our agency receive these honors was the highlight of my weekend.
I was honored to be there representing Marvelous Mouse Travels, but I kept thinking about everyone whose work helped make those awards possible. Every advisor who answered questions, helped a family choose the right resort, managed the details, and earned a client’s trust had a part in that success.
The awards may have been presented during one special evening, but the work behind them happens all year long.
That is what made me so proud. I know how much care goes into the trips we plan. I know the time our advisors spend learning, visiting properties, and helping clients feel confident about their vacation decisions. Seeing that collective effort recognized on this level was incredibly meaningful.
I’m also grateful to the clients who continue to book with us, recommend us, and trust us with their vacation memories. YOU are a huge part of this story.
The Palace PRO Championship gave me a chance to experience an exciting new resort and connect with some amazing people. Most of all, it gave me a moment to step back and appreciate what we are building together at Marvelous Mouse Travels.
I came home proud to be part of this team, excited for what comes next, and ready to help more clients experience a little Palace magic for themselves.
