Marvelous Mouse Travels was thrilled to be invited to the ALGV Diamond Elite retreat, ranking as one of the nation's top 40 agencies! For a small agency, achieving this recognition is a testament to our big goals and hard work, and we couldn't be more proud. ALG Vacations is one of our preferred vendors, and this event was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our partnership and accomplishments.
We spent the last few days at the stunning Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, a beautiful setting that perfectly complemented the excitement of the ALGV Diamond Elite Retreat retreat. Each day was filled with fantastic events, but the highlight for us was undoubtedly the main event: the Gala! This gala is not just a gathering; it’s a celebration of all the hard work and dedication that goes into making our agency successful.
The theme for this year’s gala was "Denim and Diamonds." Jacki Marks, the Executive Vice President of ALGV, opened our general session by talking about what makes a diamond special: its rarity, durability, brilliance and fire, symbolism, versatility, and investment value. These qualities resonate deeply with our team, as we strive to embody the same excellence in the services we provide.
As we gathered for the Gala, the atmosphere was electric. Champagne was being passed around, and the sparkle of everyone in their denim and diamonds added to the festive vibe. The event featured three photo opportunities, including a fun 360 Photobooth that allowed us to capture the excitement from all angles.
The venue was adorned with a silver chandelier of streamers and balloons that hung overhead, setting a glamorous tone for the evening. The beautiful florals and elegant place settings only added to the vibe. The table service was impeccable, with drinks flowing and celebrations ramping up as various agencies appeared on the screen, highlighting their achievements.
The ALGV team and the exceptional staff at Secrets Playa Blanca did a phenomenal job organizing the evening. The beautifully plated meal was nothing short of delicious, making for a memorable dining experience.
We dined with our ALGV BDM, Joseph Fehlen, discussing our achievements and goals. We were also able to mingle with other top agencies and the top executives of ALGV!
Earlier in the day during the general session, we found out that Dustin Lynch was the surprise special guest for the evening, and he absolutely rocked the house!
The LED light-up dance floor added a fun touch and encouraged everyone to hit the dance floor. The energy was infectious as we danced and sang the night away, celebrating not just our successes but also the incredible community of travel professionals we are proud to be a part of. Dustin's performance added an incredible energy to the celebration, making the night even more memorable.
After the gala, we were selected to have a meet and greet with Dustin and the band! Such a down-to-earth great group of guys! This was an incredible way to end the night!
Being recognized as Diamond Elite with ALG Vacations means that we sell a lot of vacations with them, placing us in the top 40 agencies in the nation! This achievement reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. We aren't just selling vacations; we are helping our clients create marvelous memories!
