Are you excited to begin visiting San Fransokyo? Maybe you’re asking yourself where that is? Inside Disney California Adventure Park, guests will be able to step into the world of San Fransokyo, a land created based on the film Disney’s Big Hero 6. The area previously known as Pacific Wharf has been transformed into this new and exciting themed land. Beginning mid-July 2023, the eateries and shops will begin to introduce new menu items and merchandise from the shops, and here is the food guide to all things San Fransokyo!
When all of these food and beverage options officially begin serving delectable meals, there will be so many options to choose from, five separate dining locations to be exact.
Lucky Fortune Cookery, which originally opened in 2009, is the first on the list to begin service with 3 new dishes, and a new dessert! Let’s start with dessert first, the adorable Baymax has been transformed into a macaroon that has a chocolate hazelnut and buttercream filling. His face is featured on the top shell of the macaroon. Ramen lovers will enjoy the new Beef Birria Ramen with a consumé dish that is topped with a soft-boiled egg, Monterey Jack cheese, and roasted corn, onions, and radish, as described by Disney Destinations. As Lucky Fortune Cookery is not a new location, it will also still be dishing up some of the favorites such as Pork Wonton Nachos, Teriyaki Chicken, and Pot Stickers.
Next on the list is Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, opened in 2001, will also be reinvented for guests beginning July 26, 2023 with new menu options as well. Adding to the original favorite menu items, guests will also now be able to enjoy San-Fransokyo Style Street Corn. This new dish will be paired with wheat chicharrones,
Rita’s Turbine Blenders will be mixing up new concoctions beginning July 26th as well. There is a refreshing drink for almost everyone, even those that would like a little spirit for their day. With flavors of wild cherry, lemon-lime, strawberry, or blue raspberry in a frozen slushie form, everyone can enjoy a chilled drink. Also on the menu will be a Lemon-Lime and Strawberry Margarita, both with liquor and without.

If you’re familiar with the film Big Hero 6, you will recognize the name Aunt Cass. This new location Aunt Cass Café will be serving dishes to guests filled with amazing aromas. Curry Beef, San Fransokyo Clam Chowder, Soba Noodle Salad, and a beautiful Japanese-style Fluffy Cheesecake will be just a few items featured on the new menu.
Port of San Fransokyo Cerveceria will mostly offer adult beverages for guests, but there will also be a quick snack to munch on with those beverages. Garlic Pinwheel Chip Mix will be available for purchase, and seems like a great option to grab and crunch on while walking through the park.
I’m sure the new Baymax Sipper will be a huge hit when it comes to the parks. It will only be available for purchase at Lucky Fortune Cookery, Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, and Aunt Cass Café while supplies last. One soft drink is included in the price of the original purchase.
