We touched base on some of the holiday happenings coming to Walt Disney World and now we have some information for you regarding Disneyland. While not all the holly jolly details have been released some of the upcoming events have been announced in honor of Halfway to Christmas! In Disneyland two nighttime holiday favorites will be returning during the holiday season: “Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks and “World of Color – Season of Light”!

“Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks is nighttime spectacular that brings holiday music and the magic of a snowfall in several areas of the Disneyland park including Main Street, U.S.A., near the Rivers of America and in front of “it’s a small world.” “World of Color – Season of Light” will return to Paradise Bay during the holiday season at Disney California Adventure! This show brings together classic holiday songs with memorable moments from treasured Disney and Pixar films. It showcases a wall of mist with dancing fountains illuminating stores of friendship, family and love.
Another guest favorite coming back is the 7 foot gingerbread house in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! This piece of the holidays takes 25 cast members much of the year to prepare for. Another great addition to the holiday season is the characters dressed in their holiday best! Guests will also be able to shop for beautiful holiday merchandise, enjoy entertainment and decor throughout the parks and the Downtown Disney District.

Why wait until the holidays? Guests can get in the spirit by celebrating Halfway to the Holidays at Disneyland! For a limited time, June 23-30, 2022, by trying some fun eats including the Christmas Dinner Corn Dog made with a turkey hot dog, hand-dipped in batter, rolled in panko crumbs and served with a side of cranberry sauce for dipping at Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs. Or, for something more sweet, California Churro is offering a Peppermint Churro during this time. Yummy! These fun announcements definitely have us looking forward to an amazing holiday season!
