The Holidays at Disneyland Park are always extra magical! The sights, the smells, and entertainment will bring the family together to create countless memories! The 2024 Holidays at Disneyland Resort season bring more excitement than ever before, let’s see what the park has to offer.
Beginning November 15, 2024 and continuing through January 6, 2025, the parks will be decked out in their holiday best. Santa Claus makes an appearance at Fantasyland Theatre along with special characters! During this experience, guests can take part in cookie decorating, crafts, music, and stories. Santa Claus also makes stops for photos at the three Disneyland Resorts and Redwood Creek Challenge Trail but only through December 24, 2024 before he takes his famous flight for Christmas. Another place Santa Claus can be found is at “A Christmas Fantasy Parade.”

If you’re looking to meet characters in their holiday gear, head to Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park and around the park at Disneyland. Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck will have similar outfits featuring pink dresses with touches of green, red, and even some stripes. Mickey Mouse is decked out in green with a touch of red, while Goofy's clothes have green pants with a red and white striped shirt. Donald Duck has a mainly white outfit with a brown belt.
Looking for a fun activity? At Downtown Disney District and Disneyland Resorts there are select locations that will have Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail. Purchase the activity map, or just take a walk around the area, and find all of the hidden ornaments. If you purchase the activity map, and complete the game, and redeem it for a collectible keepsake at World of Disney and Disney’s Pin Traders.
With the holiday season comes specialty food and beverage options availability for purchase in the parks and resorts. “Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays”, will begin on November 19, plus Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be offering Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party for the very first time! This breakfast and brunch offering will have holiday-themed food along with special characters in their holiday pajamas. The date that reservations open for booking has not been finalized yet.
Along with the holiday seasons coming to the parks, the exciting news that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is officially set to open on November 15, 2024!
“Believe…In Holiday Magic” nighttime spectacular is set to display at Disneyland Park each night. Three locations inside the park, and the west end of Downtown Disney District will also have the magical “snowfall.”

Not only does Haunted Mansion receive a special holiday layover for Halloween and Christmas, but select other attractions like “it’s a small world, ”“Mater's Junkyard Jamboree,” and “Luigi’s Rollickin' Roadster” also receive a special holiday magic touch.
If you are looking to experience more holiday decor, head to the three resorts. Each resort will be decorated. Two of those resorts, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Pixar Place Hotel will feature gingerbread houses.
