We have the Foodie Guides, we have the dates (November 15, 2024 through January 6, 2025 if you missed it), and now we have the holiday entertainment guide for your upcoming stay during Holidays at Disneyland Resort. What is there to expect? Let’s find out!
Live entertainment is something that all of the Disney parks do best. At Disneyland Park, there is never a shortage of holiday entertainment lined up for the day. Each day, “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” can be spotted from many different areas of the park with “it’s a small world”, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and of course, Main Street U.S.A. being the most popular viewing areas. Guests can experience Disney Princesses, characters from “Frozen”, and even some characters from “Toy Story” during the parade. Of course, the fabulous Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse also make an appearance, but we cannot forget that Santa Claus also makes his appearance during the parade to help boost the holiday spirit.

While this option is not an entertainment option, it is a special character meet and greet that guests can experience. Each day Santa and other Disney characters will make an appearance to pose with guests for photos at Fantasyland Theater. There is also crafts and music playing for guests to enjoy.
Nightly entertainment options are simply magical and the “Disney Holiday Dance Party” at Tomorrowland Terrace is just the first option. Here guests can experience holiday music that will make you move and groove with Disney characters that are sporting their holiday attire.
Scheduled each evening, “Believe…In Holiday Magic” is set on Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle. High above the castle the fireworks soar and on the castle there are more than 80,000 lights that twinkle like the stars at night while there is “snow” that falls on Main Street U.S.A. along with other select locations in the park.

Hopping over to Disney California Adventure Park, there are even more holiday entertainment options for guests to enjoy. The first, “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season” is scheduled only Monday through Friday, and can be found outside of Paradise Gardens Park. This brand new holiday fun is where Mirabel and her friends come together for a Fiesta de Navidad celebration.
Another brand new show that is scheduled Monday through Friday is “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegrai de Disneyland & Miguel.” Here guests can experience Christmas songs, stories, and other songs with Miguel from “Coco.” This can be found on Buena Vista Street.
“Mickey’s Happy Holidays” and Holiday Toy Drummers will perform daily inside Disney California Adventure Park.
Characters can be spotted throughout both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. From November 15 through December 24, 2024, guests can meet Santa Claus at both parks as well.
