Hero Zone on the Disney Destiny: Everything You Need to Know

Sailing the Disney Destiny? Be sure to check out on the Hero Zone! Hero Zone is a multipurpose recreation space where imagination meets play and is a great place to connect with the whole family in the sports arena. The best part of this space – it’s climate-controlled so you can have fun regardless of what the weather is like outside!

You will find Hero Zone on the Disney Wish, the Disney Treasure and most recently – the Disney Destiny. This is located on deck 12 aft.

The most popular activity offered in Hero Zone is the Incredi-Games. This is an Incredible themed inflated obstacle course which transforms the area into a family-friendly physical challenge. Be sure to bring a pair of socks to participate!

The Incredi-Games consist of:

• Busting through a “brick” wall during Mr. Incredible’s Power Punch.
• Playing against Rocky and friends in Jack-Jack’s Whack-A Rac.
• Competing in Elastigirl’s Stretch-O-Rama.
• Racing to the finish line in Dash’s Mad Dash Mayhem.
• Braving “lava” on Violet’s Force Field Swing.
• Sliding down Frozone’s Ice Slide.
• Gathering as many Cookie Num Nums as you can to help rescue Jack-Jack in the Cookie Vault.

Hero Zone rules are also posted on the wall, including the information for the emergency number. Rules include:

• No food or glass containers
• Proper footwear is required
• Limit playtime to 30 minutes if others are waiting
• Do not remove equipment from the area
• Do not sit on, climb, or allow objects to go over the mezzanine railing

While there are scheduled games throughout your sailing, you can also enjoy free-play sports. You can play basketball, soccer and a variety of table-top games—including table tennis, air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard. Plus, there’s plenty of room guests to watch from the balcony viewing zone.
