Halloween Horror Nights Specialty Food and Beverage Booths

The official line-up for Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights specialty food and beverage booths have been released! They’re scary good! So good looking that I could spend just as much time snacking around the event as I do enjoying the houses. Let’s find out what the parks have to offer for the 2024 Halloween Horror Nights specialty food and beverage options.

Nine of the thirteen (plus) locations offering Halloween Horror Nights specialty food and beverage menu options are themed after the houses for the season. The first one we are going to explore is the Ghostbusters Frozen Empire Kiosk. With three food items and 2 beverage options available, the choices are difficult! Everyone absolutely adores the Mini Stay-Puft S’more. The marshmallow is the Stay-Puft marshmallow man plus a chocolate bar layer and a graham cracker base. The next is The Frozen Death Chill which is a korean style corn dog-dipped mint cheesecake with Bugles and glitter, how cute!? The other corn dog option is the Slimer’s Korean Corndog. This “Korean cheese dog has Fritos, coated with Cheetos, ghost pepper spice, sage derby cheese and mozzarella” as described by Universal Orlando Resorts.

The next Halloween Horror Nights specialty food booth we are stopping by is the Triplets of Terror. Two different food options and one sweet option has the perfect pair. Say “Cheese” Burger is a cheeseburger with American cheese and white cheddar with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and dill pickle aioli. The other food option is the Bloody Goody Bag which is crispy chicken chunks with fries and a pepper opinion mix with a bloody goody sauce. Finally, the sweet offering is a Slashed SIblings Sweet Sampler. This trio consists of a bubblegum mousse balloon, funfetti cheesecake, and finally a chocolate cheesecake cone.

While the next booth sounds like it will be full of sweets, there is a savory option as well. A Cyclops Cup has a candy eyeball on top of a frozen peanut butter cup. Up next is a caramel mousse that has an apple filling with streusel cake, which is called the Poison Apple. The final food item, also the savory menu item, African Lentil and Potato Sambusa Coffin. These African spiced lentils and potatoes are placed inside a pie dough shaped like a coffin. While the last item is a beverage, it sounds incredible! Sour Cherry Lemonade Boba hits the menu featuring popping lychee boba pearls with a mix of sour cherry, twisted gummies, and sprinkles.

A Quiet Place would offer snacks that are quiet enough to enjoy without disturbing the beasts. Abbott’s Farm Chowder is a shrimp and veggie stew while Millbrook's Baked Beans are served with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and a cornbread muffin. A sweet treat is also needed, but be warned, this treat is not as sweet as you may think. The Wooden Board Eclair does offer a bit of sweetness with the chocolate ganache and bloody chocolate plank, but the spicy dark chocolate pastry cream will have you second guessing your sweet treat choice.

Voted so far the most frightening house of them all, Insidious: The Further, is also offering a few amazing-looking food offerings. A potato and onion filled hand pie creates The Red Door. Up next, Eggs in the Further offers an “egg in the hole” on jalapeno brioche with shakshouka (poached eggs in sauce) and a bit of feta cheese. Another key item the “Last Key” Pop is made with red velvet cake pop and features a chocolate key.

The women of horror bring three tasty options at Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines. In the Fog Fish ‘n Chips are cod nuggets that are beer battered and served with a malt vinegar aioli sauce plus a side of pub fries. Up next is the Forbidden Falafel which is falafel and tomato cucumber salad  and tzatziki sauce inside a pita. Here comes The Bride Cake, a raspberry jam surrounded by three tiers of vanilla cake and covered in chocolate.

This booth has the most offerings. Slaughter Sinema 2 will have five different varieties of food. A Flamin Hot Cheetos popcorn is a great snack, also named Sinema Popcorn, how fitting! Been on the naughty list? Rocks from Hell are lumps of coal that are filled with cheddar cheese and crispy jalapeno. Two types of Walking Taco will be offered, a Rope Vieja Walking Taco and a Vegan Walking Taco. The Ropa Vieja Walking Taco features Doritos, ropa vieja (shredded beef), and the standard taco toppings. The Vegan Walking Taco has Fritos, vegan chili, and even vegan sour cream and cheddar cheese. The final menu item is Summer Camp Dog which is a deep fried Nathan’s hot dog that is topped with nacho cheese, baked beans, pepper relish, and Cheetos!

Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America will not disappoint with their menu. A Heart “Beet” Toastada features a red beet tartare, making it vegan! There is also hummus, vegan feta,  and watercress served on a tortilla. Pork Carniceria is a mojo pork that has been slow roasted, mole sauce, and a tortilla. An item that sounds creepy, Spinal Column Pinchos, is really just chicken tenders that have been grilled and served in a red chimichurri sauce. Sure to be a favorite, Chocolate Tres Leches, is milk soaked chocolate cake that is served with whipped topping and canela (cinnamon).

The final booth that is themed after a house, Goblin’s Feast, features some fun looking items! Pumpkin Guts definitely looks like the name. Butternut squash and zucchini noodles also include pumpkin seeds with a vegan butter that is placed inside an acorn squash. The next menu item, Harissa BBQ Turkey Wing is a crispy turkey wing that is tossed in spicy harissa BBQ sauce. The final item, Goblin Pie, sounds incredible! Mini apple pie that features cinnamon sugar and a bloody raspberry jam on top.
