Unlimited food and beverages sounds perfect. Knowing you can pay for a full day of fun in advance, without accruing additional costs when you travel is amazing. Especially if you like to have a budget set up in advance. But how does that phrase translate when you have dietary restrictions? Unlimited can become limiting or non-existent.

Discovery Cove is located in Orlando, Florida and is an All-Inclusive Paradise. It is a day resort and they have taken care of all the details. From sunscreen to beach towels they have thought of it all. You can enjoy swimming with Dolphins along with other animal encounters, lazy rivers and water fun.
But let’s get back to the “Unlimited Food and Beverages.” Discovery Cove hosts breakfast each morning from 7:30am - 10:30am. So, if you are a late riser, you will not have any issues. A large lunch buffet is served from 11:00am - 3:30pm. Hibiscus Hideaway Pizza opens at 10:30am and will fill your pizza needs till 4:30pm. The bar serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages from 10:30am - 5pm. Also, non alcoholic beverages are available at each of the snack and dining stations throughout the day.
So what are your gluten free options?

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and yogurts are available. I also am on a low fod map diet. This makes my meals more restrictive. So a gentleman asked about what I could eat, and had the kitchen make some bacon for me also.

Lunch: Impossible burger, veggie burger, Mojo Pulled Pork, Grilled Chicken, Quinoa Salad, fresh and whole fruit and Laguna Island Ceviche. With my more restricted diet I was able to have a salad made with plain grilled chicken. They went out of their way to be extremely accommodating.
Alcoholic Drinks: House wine and select beers are available with your admission. However, there is a premium drink package you can purchase at the parks, or in advance. This includes premium beers and fun cocktails. If you are gluten free and enjoy hard seltzers, they are included in the premium drink package. For lunch I wanted something on the lighter side, so I mixed soda water with red wine and some fresh fruit and made a spritzer.
