Spring has sprung, and May is here. The rainy weather in many parts has brought the news of the official opening date and menu for the gorgeous GEO-82 at EPCOT. By the time you see this, reservations will likely be available for booking (starting May 6, 2025). This upscale, adults-only lounge will open to guests ages 21 years and older on June 4, 2025! The food, beverage, and even GEO-82 Fireworks Experience menu is now available, let’s chat about it!
Shall we start with the featured cocktails? The menu shows that there will be nine featured cocktails to choose from and one bourbon flight. The Exclusive Disney Select Bourbon Flight will have smaller portions of Uncle Nearest Single Barrel Premium Whiskey, Woodford Reserve Single Barrel, Blanton’s Gold Single Barrel, and Stagg Private Barrel. The listed cocktails are Banana Brûlée Highball, Peach Shrub Whisky Smash, Electron, Strawberry-Black Pepper Sour, High Brow Batanga, Clarified New York Sour, Caramelized Leek Martini, Brown Butter Old Fashioned, and finally, the Strawberry and Coconut ‘Right Hand.’ I personally am not one to try new cocktails, but some of these sound so amazing!
The food menu features small plates like Cannellini Hummus that is created with a pumpkin seed pistou, fresno peppers, and pappadam. A Chef’s Selection plate is on the menu that will feature an array of cheeses, cured meats, and other accompaniments. The next item is Funghi Flatbread that features roasted mushrooms, three types of cheeses, and topped with pickled onion and black garlic molasses. Up next is a Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau that offers smoked cheddar cheese, a pickled mustard seed-lemon vinaigrette, and finally topped with Siberian Supreme Caviar. The final menu item on the food side is Truffled Ahi Tuna, and Disney does Ahi Tuna amazingly! This dish features Japanese whisky barrel-aged soy-truffle ponzu (sauce), along with a citrus, scallion, tobiko, and topped with black sesame seeds.

The variety of other beverages include six beer selections and two zero-proof cocktails. The wine list includes nine varieties, including red, white, champagne, sparkling, and rośe.
As mentioned above, there will be a GEO-82 Fireworks Experience available for booking! The experience includes seating along the windows of the lounge, a tower of savory bites, sweet treats, tableside Champagne, and even exclusive cocktails only available during the experience.
To finish off your visit to GEO-82, there will be two souvenir glasses available for purchase through mobile order, however the guest must have reservations at GEO-82. It seems that the offering will be a rocks glass and a wine glass.
Reservations may already be open when you read this....starting May 6, 2025, but your vacation after June 4, 2025 could include this upscale experience at EPCOT! Reservations may be hard to come by as this new lounge will be wildly popular.
