Hoping to get a taste of local cuisine? Buccan is the place to go! The food here is locally sourced and served family style.
The Italian restaurant was a big hit with our group! The most popular appetizer was the meatball dish at our table with the caprese salad coming in as a close second. I had the gnocchi for my main course and the pesto sauce was very fresh.
The Japanese restaurant on property was very good. The rolls were very fresh and the soup was delicious. We were seated outside but sitting by the sushi bar looked like a fun experience.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Scrimshaw. I did not have the opportunity to try it, but many have said that their favorite menu item there was the Crab Cake Benedict served during the breakfast hours.
One of my favorite meals on this trip was at this great outdoor spot. The Jamaican patties were the best and our server here was amazing. When you are done eating here and ready for an afternoon coffee, you are right around the corner from the coffee shop.
I love having in-room dining while on vacation, especially breakfast. I ordered an omelet and fresh pot of coffee every morning during my stay at Sandals Saint Vincent. The service was phenomenally quick and everything was still warm when it was delivered to my room.

All of my dining experiences were great and I can honestly say that there was not one food item that was a complete miss.
