Foodie Guide to Disneyland’s Lunar New Year event

Calling all foodies! I feel like we talk about this a lot but Disney makes magic in entertainment and dining! With amazing chefs from all over the world every festival brings new abs exciting offerings. This year is the Year of the Tiger, and Disneyland will be serving up some delicious bites! There are going to be amazing options the whole family will enjoy from Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures.

At Disney California Adventure park, Guests can enjoy the limited-time, Lunar New Year celebration from Jan. 21 through Feb. 13. Guests can get the best bang for their buck by purchasing the Sip and Savor Pass, which provides six coupons, redeemable for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating Lunar New Year Marketplace kiosks and dining locations.

Some of the amazing options offered this year can include:

Longevity Noodle Co. (available Jan. 21 through Feb. 13; Sip and Savor Pass available)

Food Items:

• Garlic Noodles: Long noodles tossed in a zesty garlic butter with Parmesan cheese
• Salted Pistachio Cold Brew featuring Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. French Bistro Blend Coffee

Prosperity Bao & Buns (available Jan. 21 through Feb. 13; Sip and Savor Pass available)

Food Items:

• Char Siu BBQ Pork Bao: Pickled red onions and jalapeño
• Lychee Celebration: Gin, prosecco, lychee purée, lychee syrup, grapefruit juice, and yuja

• Gochujang Wings: Chicken wings in spicy gochujang sauce
• Asian-style Street Corn: Steamed corn on the cob rolled in spicy gochujang sauce (New)

Wow! These menus are absolutely amazing and there’s many more options! This event is included in the park admission. Guests need to have valid park admission as well as a park reservation.
