Disney Springs is sometimes overlooked as just a shopping center. However, it is so much more than that! While it does offer a variety of shopping options, it also offers endless entertainment options, dining for almost every palate, and for a short time, the Flavors of Florida presented by CORKCICLE!
From July 1 through August 11, 2024, across Disney Springs there will be over 40 locations offering Florida’s best kept food secrets!

Citrus is obviously the main component, the state fruit is oranges. Items from Orange Slushie to a Citrus Burger will all be found on the menus around the area. Let’s see what sounds refreshing on the nice July day!
D-Luxe Burger will offer the Citrus Burger, which contains a citrus-braised pork belly with a grapefruit pala aïoli and grapefruit jam. A Key Lime Pie Milkshake will also be on the menu! A mix of vanilla gelato and Minute Maid Lemonade and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs will hit the spot on a hot Summer day!
Chicken Guy! a delicious chicken quick service restaurant will also be offering a refreshing milkshake. The Sunshine Shake will be a blend of vanilla ice cream with fresh Florida orange juice.
Amorette’s Patisserie never lets us down with the most fabulous sweet treats! Three new menu items and one returning menu item will be available for in-store and Mobile Order. Orange-Hazelnut Petite Gâteau, which is perfect layers of orange mousse, orange curd, and then honey-orange gel placed on top of a delicious hazelnut financier. One item will come in two ways, with and without Vanilla Flavored Vodka. This Orange Slushie is topped with a chantilly cream and a citrus candy piece. The alcoholic beverage version has a float of STOLI Vanilla flavored vodka. The final product at Amorette’s Patisserie is the adorable Orange Bird Dome Cake. This cake is crafted with layers of vanilla chiffon cake that have been soaked in Grand Mariner, a mandarin pâte de fruit, mandarin orange cream, and finally white chocolate crispy pearls. The Orange Bird Dome Cake might just be too cute to eat.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is always dishing up some amazing plates, and the Flavors of Florida celebration is no different. They have added a Tampa-Style Cuban Sandwich is made with a mix of house-smoked pork, shaved country ham, and topped with house-made pickles, yellow mustard, and finally Swiss cheese! To make the meal more enjoyable, add on a Dragon Fruit Mojito.
A new(er) location to Disney Springs, Summer House on the Lake, will have two items in celebration of Flavors of Florida as well. A Key West Shrimp will feature tostones, chile verde, with a Florida citrus salsa, and black beans. The second item is a Key Lime Pie Martini that is made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and KeKe Key Lime Pie Cream Liqueur.
The final two locations that I want to mention that are partaking in the Flavors of Florida are Sunshine Churros and Swirls on the Water, two of my favorite places to grab a snack at Disney Springs! Sunshine Churros will be offering a new Orange Sorbet Churro. The fan favorite churro is rolled in orange sugar then topped with a drizzle of whipped orange buttercream frosting. It is also derived with a side of cream cheese icing for dipping.
Swirls on the Water has three sweet offerings made with DOLE Whip. A Key Lime Pie Sundae is made with DOLE Whip Lime and served in a waffle bowl then topped with whipped cream and lime garnish. The next two are make with DOLE Whip Orange. Orange Bird Cone is DOLE Whip Orange in a cone that has orange crisp pearls on top and an Orange Bird chocolate garnish. The final is the Orange Bird Float which has the DOLE Whip Orange and Watermelon in a souvenir cup and topped with Fanta Orange.
