FIRST LOOK: Haunted Mansion Parlor on Disney Treasure

Haunted Mansion Parlor

There is always room for one more in the new Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Treasure! This lounge promises a spine-tingling experience with its unique charm and eerie atmosphere. It will feel familiar to fans of the attraction though with the icon black and purple wallpaper, the “Donald Duck” chair, and even background music that was inspired by Grim Grinning Ghosts. There is also a tribute to Imagineer Roland “Rolly” Crump who helped design the original Disneyland Haunted Mansion. You can find his bust prominently displayed next to the fireplace where the plaque underneath reads “BROTHER ROLAND FOREVER REVERED FOR EMBRACING THE WEIRD”  and features his face half melted. When creating the Haunted Mansion he wanted to include a “Museum of the Weird” which would have had a character with his face melting like a candle, so this is a fitting tribute!

The Parlor cycles through three different “shows”, ensuring that each visit is a totally new experience! We got to be a part of a seance with Madam Leota on our visit and were visited by some of the ship's resident ghosts!

Families can enjoy the spooky fun during the day, while the atmosphere shifts to an adults-only haunt at night, creating a perfect escape for those seeking a more grown-up experience.

The Haunted Mansion Parlor serves up some delicious (and Instagram-worthy) themed drinks, making it a must-visit for any Haunted Mansion fan! We got to sample the Ghoulish Delight, a nonalcoholic cocktail made with Coca-Cola, grenadine, black cherry syrup, edible gold shimmer and gummy eyeballs. There will also be some exclusive souvenir glasses for certain drinks so if you are a collector be sure to leave some room in your suitcase! We’re excited to try some of their themed cocktails served at the Haunted Mansion Parlor when we sail next month!
