When you stay at Marival Armony, you will have access to 4 restaurants and 4 bars. Divium is an upscale restaurant that features a farm-to-table concept inspired by the region’s rich heritage. This haute cuisine has everything from a delicious beef tartare to roasted duck, and ends with a delicious chocolate dome. When dining at Divium, be sure to try the raisin bread with the flavored butter to start.
Essence offers a more traditional fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of the meticulously crafted dishes are delicious. Our favorite at Essence was the Steak Tostada. Also, when dining at Essence, be sure to order the Mexican Coffee!
La Brise is Armony’s buffet restaurant where you can enjoy a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean as well as custom tacos, hamburgers and even some fresh fish selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The fresh ahi tuna at lunch, along with the tacos are a must-try!
Insu Sky Bar rounds out the restaurant options at Armony. This top of the world view bar and restaurant offer heavy hor d'oeurves with a stellar view! Be sure to try the Beef Sliders and grilled cheese are our top choices here!
Blended is also a great place to stop in and get a pizza at Armony. While this option isn’t considered a “restaurant” the pizzas here were so delicious that we’d go back and grab our second dinner here while enjoying quick bar service and some fun music and dancing.
Armony also offers poolside service, they do have a small menu that will be delivered directly to your chair!
Drops Pool Bar also has a few small bites, like brownies to indulge in while watching the whales from the infinity pool!
One last thing that we cannot forget at Armony is the 24 hour room service. All of the room service is included, but there is a 10% service fee. We recommend the French fries!
For our food allergy friends out there, Armony is stellar with allergies. They are well-versed and can accommodate all allergies, even the more obscure ones. For the easier to understand and avoid allergens, the servers can suggest items on the menu, and can even have the chef come out to speak with you to ensure that you get something that you’d like to eat, even if it means making something off-menu. For the allergens that are less common, or harder to understand with the language barrier, the concierge will print a card for you to display at each meal with the translation to ensure that your allergens are not lost in translation.
One difference at Armony that did offer a little confusion was the pricing on the menus. Most of the time when visiting an all inclusive resort, there are only prices on the menu when the item is an additional cost, and this is not the case with Armony. All of the prices are listed on the menu, but all is included, unless it’s noted. The servers are very helpful in explaining the menus and offer some fantastic suggestions and insight. We were told the reasoning behind this is at lower season, they open their restaurants for outside guests to dine, and when they’re looking at revamping the menus, the top sellers keep their spot!
We did not have a single bad meal in our 3 days at Marival Armony, and this resort tops our list as our favorite all inclusive resort food!
One thing to keep in mind with Marival Armony is that gratuities are not included, so be sure to add your gratuity to your room, or to bring cash with you!
