Spring has sprung, and there’s no better place to celebrate this beautiful time of year than EPCOT in Walt Disney World! This year, the International Flower and Garden Festival runs March 1- July 5, giving you plenty of time to plan for a visit. Whether you’re a gardener, foodie, or shopaholic, there’s something for everyone at this year’s festival!
One of my favorite things about the International Flower and Garden festival is the food! There are over 20 outdoor kitchens featuring garden fresh foods, creative cocktails, and unique beers and wines. My favorite kitchen is the Honey Bee-stro. Each plate features a different type of honey. The Pollinator Flatbread with honey-whipped mascarpone, honey caramelized onions, prosciutto, and honey-whipped goat cheese was every bit as good as it sounds!

Rock the night away in the American Gardens Theater! The popular Garden Rocks Concert Series features many artists from around the world. You’ll be treated to oldies, Motown, pop, rock, or alternative music. A great way to guarantee a seat at one of these performances is to reserve a Garden Rocks dining package, which includes a meal at an amazing Epcot restaurant.
I am always in awe of the many topiaries located around Epcot during this festival. The Disney horticulturists bring some of the most popular characters to life with these magical displays. This year, the Encanto display at the entrance was brimming with color and vibrance!

Kids will enjoy searching for Spike the Bee on his pollination trail. Purchase a map and stickers for $9.99 plus tax, and enjoy this fun scavenger hunt. When you’re finished, take the map to Disney Traders or World Traveler for a prize!

Kids will also enjoy the Butterfly Garden. Located next to The Land Pavilion, this beautiful walkthrough features many different species of butterflies!

The International Flower and Garden Festival is my favorite festival of the year. Epcot is at it’s most beautiful during this festival! The fresh food, gorgeous floral displays, and exciting entertainment make this park even more vibrant than usual!
