GREASE is the WORD!
Did you know that you can find Broadway on a cruise ship?! Well, you can and I am here to tell you all about it. After an awesome day at Coco Cay, a group of Marvelous Mouse Travel agents including myself decided that it was time to sit back and enjoy those Summer Nights that took us back to high school. We were treated to an amazing sing-along style stage production of “Grease” and we got lost in songs such as Hopelessly Devoted to You, Beauty School Dropout and a huge crowd favorite, We Go Together! It was clear to see that Royal Caribbean knew exactly how to make us feel that RCCL is The One That We (I) Want! Did you see what I did there lol?… Okay, awesome lol.
So, what if Broadway isn’t your thing? No worries! Royal Caribbean has you covered! Another form of entertainment that I was excited to see on the ship was karaoke and not just any karaoke! This was the type of karaoke that made you reminisce about the good ole days hanging out with your friends in the local pub down the street or at a bachelor or bachelorette party singing the night aways to your favorite tunes! Kick back and order a cocktail or two as you hear other cruise goers perform music from artists such as Miley Cyrus, Meatloaf, Mariah Carey, Bon Jovi and Destiny’s Child just to name a few. As you can see, all decades of music were covered, so this is entertainment sure to please just about everyone!
