The food at LeBlanc Los Cabos is elevated cuisine, not seen at most all inclusive resorts.

As a travel planner at Marvelous Mouse Travels, picking the perfect adults only resort for a wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, couples trip or girls weekend is a job I am tasked with often. One of the most important requests from clients is great food and finding resorts with consistently delicious cuisine and enough variety can be difficult.
On a recent trip to LeBlanc Cabo, I was fortunate to try the many restaurant offerings and the food was a cut above the rest. The resort has seven restaurants, five bars, a coffee shop, as well as poolside and in-room dining.
For breakfast, you can choose to eat at Blanc International, the only buffet on resort property. The buffet offers a wide range of selections from a parfait station, assorted fruits and pastries, traditional breakfast favorites, an omelet station and meats and cheeses. The food was fresh and tasty with plenty of variety for all guests. Blanc International also offers an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner featuring a variety of international favorites as well as steaks and delectable sides.
Blanc Ocean is a seaside restaurant with great views and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. We dined for breakfast this trip. You can start your meal with a mimosa or bellini and a cinnamon roll or croissant. Popular menu items include the fruit platter, oatmeal pancakes, french toast and the selection of toasts including avocado, hanger steak and salmon. They also serve traditional Mexican breakfast fare including chilaquiles, chorizo and eggs and ranchero eggs.
In-room breakfast can be ordered via the LeBlanc app, to your room each morning. I did this twice during my stay. If you order the night before, the menu is limited, but you can also order in the morning and food is delivered fresh. I wanted about 30 minutes for my food to arrive each time. In room breakfast options include bakery delights, Mexican breakfast favorites, healthy options such as parfaits or a seasonal fruit platter, and traditional breakfast delights. I sat on my balcony soaking in the view while enjoying eggs, pancakes and coffee. The food was prepared and presented well and is a great option for those wanting a restful morning. Lunch, dinner and late night menus are also options via the app, offering 24 hours of food service to the room.
Blanc Pizza is open for lunch only. It is a great place to take a break from the sun. The restaurant serves antipasti such as oven-baked provolone, baked brie and meatballs with pomodoro. But, by far, the best appetizer was the eggplant parmesan. It is crispy and delicious. The caesar salad was traditional, yet tasty. The restaurant offers two pasta options but most guests choose to order one of the 10 pizzas on the menu. The Margherita, Pepperoni and Diavola were favorites with our group. Don’t forget to try some tiramisu ice cream or bombolini, friend Italian style donuts to round out your meal.
If you plan to spend the whole afternoon at the pool, a poolside menu is also offered. Servers take orders and deliver the food right to your table or lounge chair. Cheese fries, guacamole and chips, pizza, hamburgers, tacos and quesadillas are just a few of the options offered. The food was all good but the burger was exceptional, served with bacon jam and on a pretzel roll and cooked to perfection.
Blanc Italia offers Italian fare for dinner only. The dining room is designed with classic elegance in mind. Antipasti and insalate such as bruschetta, beef carpaccio, truffle arancini, caprese salad and caesar salad are great choices to start your meal. Thirteen pasta dishes are offered including lobster risotto, alfredo penne, four-cheese gnocchi, shrimp ravioli and lasagna bolognese. For those looking for something other than pasta; chicken marsala, pork chops, grilled salmon and ossobuco are some of the many choices on the secondi menu. Tiramisu, cannoli, and gelato are a few of the desserts suggested.
Walking into Blanc Asia, you are greeted by a peaceful fountain and delectable menu. The restaurant offers many cold and hot starters including poke, tacos, sashimi, spring rolls, shrimp tempura, bao and chicken satay. Sushi rolls are also offered as an appetizer, as well and a variety of soups. Popular main courses include salmon, pad tai and japanese fried chicken.
Mezze currently offers breakfast on Mondays and Saturdays and dinner every night. We dined for dinner. Cold and hot mezze (appetizers) are served with plenty to share. Ordering a variety of mezze family style and sampling each one is the way to dine at this restaurant. The hummus varieties are all delicious, my favorite being the green hummus. The Khachapuri, bread topped with feta cheese and a soft boiled egg was a favorite at our table. Main courses include samak, moussaka and tuna fatteh. This is a unique dining experience with exotic and rich flavors.
Lumiere is open daily for dinner only. The menu offers French favorites including escargots, beef tartare, onion soup topped with gruyere and bouillabaisse. The main courses include grill-seared tuna, griddled salmon, pork belly, beef bourguignon and chicken provincial. For those looking for something special, a tasting menu is also available at an additional cost.
