Walt Disney World has many different resorts and each one brings something different to the table. The resort categories are deluxe, moderate and value and each level has it’s own perks! Today we are going to touch base on a moderate resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. This resort transports you right to the Caribbean Islands. The decor, theming and even the vegetation will make you feel as though you are really there and not in central Florida!
One of the main features of this resort to touch base on before we go any farther is: the skyliner! This is an amazing newer form of transportation that can travel to parks as well as other resorts! This resort is a skyliner hub allowing you to go to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Pop Century and Art of Animation Resorts as well as the Riviera Resort. There is bus transportation as well!

Now onto dining! The Centertown Market is a quick service option that offers many different cuisines including Caribbean faire, sandwiches, salads, pizza and a few other unique yet tasty options. Spyglass Grille is another smaller quick service option with American and Caribbean bites. As for the sit down dining option, Sebastian’s Bistro, offers family style dining featuring citrus chicken, mojo pork, flank steak and sides to accompany. If you’re looking for something on the lighter side while enjoying a drink by the pool Banana Cabana may be a great option. Here you can grab smaller portion meals like appetizers along with some wonderful island cocktails.

There are a few different room categories at this resort as well. If you have young buccaneers you may be interested in the pirate themed rooms. You can sleep in beds that look as though they are pirate ships sailing through the ocean. These are double sized beds as well. The resort offers preferred and standard rooms that have two queen beds. But another great option are the rooms that have a fifth person sleeper. These rooms will have two queens and a single pull down sleeper. This is a great option for larger families. A few other perks of moderate resorts other than the sit down dining options would be satellite pools, hot tubs and the rooms are a little larger. The proximity to parks for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is great as well. As we talked about the skyliner, this resort is considered and Epcot resort which is centrally located between Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
If you’re interested in heading to Disney Springs it is just a short bus ride. Disney's Caribbean Beach resort is a great way to have some amenities while still not breaking the bank. From the beautiful rooms to the exquisite dining it really has a lot to offer!
