Transformed by a legendary storm, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon has something for the entire family! This tropical paradise has everything from slides, raft rides, a gnarly wave pool, lazy river, and even an area just for the kiddos.
Looking to relax and soak in the sunshine? Castaway Creek is the perfect place to cool off and float. This long lazy river circles the entire water park and has five separate landing areas you can enter and exit.
Are you a slide lover? With a variety of choices, you can check out the Jib Jammer, Stern Burner or Rudder Buster. Being on the “tamer” side, there are no height requirements so everyone can enjoy them! Step it up a notch and fly down Mount Mayday on Humunga Kowabunga or check out the Crush N Gusher by sliding down sudden drops and around turns, propelled by powerful water jets ending in Hideaway Bay!
Want to check out the largest wave pool in North America? Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool is the park’s signature attraction with 6-foot swells! You can even sign up for surf lessons. These lessons take place before the park opens for an additional cost.
The family friendly Miss Adventure Falls will take you to the top of the mountain and then down the river. Keep an eye out for scattered treasures of Captain Mary Oceaner!
For the littles, Ketchakiddee Creek, a super cute playground area designed for those little ones 4 feet and under. This area features shallow pools, mini slides, a water fall cave and a tugboat with water cannons. 
After all that playing, you are sure to be hungry! With over six options, you can enjoy quick service options, snacks, and beverages (adult ones too). The famous “Shovel Pail” ice cream bucket is a must try and enough to share.
Take your next visit up a notch! The Beachcomber Shack Rental (Cabana Rental) can fit up to six guests in a private deck area with an umbrella and shade. Towels, cushioned seating, a locker, refillable drink mugs and a cooler filled with ice are all included. You can purchase additional beverages and snacks. A cast member will be available to take your order and deliver it to you!
