If you have been scrolling through social media in the past few weeks, I’m sure you have seen the videos of adults wandering through the parks looking for snacks. Honestly, it is a pretty true video. How could you not look for all of the amazing snacks being offered throughout the parks when there is almost always a celebration or festival featuring the most amazing treats?
Soon, within the next week, you will find the newest collection of treats being offered at Walt Disney World Resorts and Disneyland Resorts. St. Patrick’s Day 2023 is just around the corner, and that means GREEN! The color green will be consuming all of the foods around the parks and resorts. With over 50 Disney St. Patrick's Day treats, you are sure to be filled to the brim with all things green and Irish!
Did you know that you can find signature Irish food year round, right on Disney property? Located at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World Resorts, Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant offers authentic meals and desserts. Fish & Chips, and Shepherd’s Pie are just a few regular dishes that you can find here.
Another shop you will find at Disney Springs that keeps up with all of the holidays and offers treats that will keep coming back for more, The Ganachery. This gorgeous chocolate shop is easily passed by as it is tucked away between some larger shops. This season they are offering another version of their chocolate piñata with a little leprechaun hat, a green clover, and filled with mint flavored marshmallows. Along with their normal offerings, they will have two different ganache squares for a limited time.
Disneyland is also no stranger to the festivals and holidays, and they all follow suit with the amazing themed treats. A location known for their burgers and shakes will be offering a O’Reuben Burger through the end of March, just for St. Patrick’s Day!
What is a trip to a Disney park without a famous Churro? But wait! Make it green with mint icing and edible glitter, with a sprinkle of gold, and cookie crumbs. Now that is a Churro I want to try!
While I have not covered all of the items, or even close to a portion of them, Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts are offering an abundance of sweet and savory options, exclusively for St. Patrick’s Day. Some of which will be available for the remainder of the month of March, and some that are only available for the weekend of St. Patrick’s Day.
